Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
Seri Marketing ("we," "our," or "us") is a sole proprietorship operating under the laws of the State of Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information across the Seri Marketing website (seri.marketing), the Seri Marketing Client Portal (portal.seri.marketing), and the Seri Marketing staff dashboard (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to website visitors, prospective clients, active clients and their staff who use the Client Portal, and our own team members who use the dashboard.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Project and budget information: details about your business, marketing goals, current or planned advertising spend, and the services you're interested in.
- Client account data: if you become a client, we collect and store information related to your engagement, including invoices, proposals, signed documents, ad performance data connected from your advertising accounts, and messages exchanged through the Client Portal, including any file attachments you send.
- Payment information: payments made through the Client Portal are processed by Stripe and, where selected, Affirm. We do not directly store your full card or bank account number; those details are handled by the payment processor under its own privacy policy.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected automatically when you use the Services.
- Scheduling data: when you book a call, your name, email, and selected time are shared with Calendly to schedule and confirm the meeting.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, health information, or biometric data, and we ask that you not submit this type of information through our forms or messages.
2. Notice at Collection
At or before the point we collect personal information described in Section 1, we collect it for the business purposes described in Section 3, and we may disclose it to the categories of service providers described in Section 6. We do not sell personal information for money. As described in Section 6 and Section 8, some information may be considered "shared" for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state privacy laws, and you have a right to opt out of that sharing.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To respond to inquiries, deliver requested audits, and follow up on applications or booked calls.
- To evaluate whether a prospective client is a fit for our services, including minimum ad-spend requirements.
- To deliver contracted services, including ad management, reporting, invoicing, and client communication through the Client Portal.
- To measure and improve the performance of our own marketing, including our advertising campaigns.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies on the website to operate it, measure traffic, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This currently includes the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and Google Analytics. Where a form is submitted, these tools may receive a cryptographically hashed version of your email address so that Meta and Google can match a visit or submission to an ad campaign.
The first time you visit, a banner lets you accept or reject these non-essential cookies. Meta Pixel and Google Analytics do not load unless you click "Accept All." You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer. Strictly necessary technologies required for the site to function, and privacy-focused, cookieless analytics we use to monitor site performance (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights), are not affected by this banner because they do not identify you individually.
You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising through Meta's ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences) and Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals beyond the choice you make in our cookie banner.
5. Lead Enrichment
When you submit a form, we may use a third-party enrichment service (Clearbit) to look up publicly available business information associated with your email address, such as company name, estimated revenue, and employee count, to help us understand whether an inquiry is a good fit for our services.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with the following categories of service providers, each acting on our behalf and only as needed to operate the Services:
- Meta Platforms and Google: to measure and optimize our own advertising, as described in Section 4, and only where you have accepted cookies through our banner.
- Clearbit: to enrich lead information as described in Section 5.
- Calendly: to schedule and manage booked calls.
- Supabase: our database and authentication provider, which stores form submissions, client records, and Client Portal data.
- Vercel: our website hosting and analytics provider.
- Stripe and Affirm: to process payments made through the Client Portal.
- Resend: to deliver transactional emails, such as invoice, proposal, and account notifications.
- Internal team notifications: we use Discord to notify our own team when a new lead, application, or booking is submitted. This is an internal tool and is not used to advertise to or contact you.
We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Seri Marketing, our clients, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, in which case this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your information under the new owner.
7. How We May Contact You
By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by Seri Marketing by email or phone, including by call or text message, about your inquiry or engagement. Message and data rates may apply to text messages, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any such email, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing serimarketing05@outlook.com. This does not affect service-related communications necessary to an active engagement (such as invoices or project updates).
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know what personal information we hold about you and how it is used and shared; request a copy of it; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit the use of any sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, email serimarketing05@outlook.com from the email address associated with your information so we can verify your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where permitted by law.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing your information is, depending on the context, your consent (such as accepting cookies), the necessity of processing to perform a contract with you, or our legitimate interest in operating and marketing our business, provided that interest is not overridden by your rights. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and individuals age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or contractual obligations. Client Portal data is generally retained for the duration of an engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, consistent with our record-keeping and legal obligations. Where you exercise a deletion right under Section 8, we will delete or de-identify your information except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, role-based permissions for staff and client accounts, and encryption in transit for data stored with our database provider. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International Users
The Services are operated from, and personal information is stored and processed in, the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
14. Contact Us
